Current lead time for new orders

The current lead time for new orders is detailed on the homepage of our website. This is subject to change at any time, and the lead time quoted on your invoice will be the primary reference for the lead time once you have placed your order.

Lead time for existing orders

When an order is placed, we will send an invoice and order confirmation, which must be paid to confirm the order. The lead time is detailed on the invoice, and starts from the date payment is received.

Example: An invoice showing a lead time of 6-8 weeks, paid on the 1st March, would be expected to be complete by 26th April.

We will contact you if there are any updates to your lead time. Whilst the vast majority of orders are delivered on time, occasionally there may be factors outside of our control which result in short delays. However unless we contact you, you can assume that production for your suit is on schedule.

No news is good news! If you haven't heard anything, this means that your order is on schedule based on the quoted lead time.

If you would like to change your order to a rush, please email us and we will check the availability of rush slots for your order.

When we are exceptionally busy, there may be a delay in processing orders, however this delay will not affect your overall lead time. Providing that the order is paid within a week of us sending you the order confirmation, the lead time will be taken from the date you sent in a completed order.

Rush orders

To place a rush order, simply tick the "rush order" box on the order form, and include "RUSH" or "RUSH ORDER" in the subject line when emailing the form.

If we expect to be able to fit your order in as a rush, your invoice and order confirmation will include the rush order fee, and you can calculate your expected completion date from the quoted rush order lead time (as quoted on the invoice).

If we do not expect to be able to offer a rush order, we will send your order confirmation without the rush order. You can then decide whether or not to proceed with the order; to proceed on the normal lead time without the rush fee, make payment to confirm the order as normal. If you do not wish to go ahead without the rush being available, just email us and we will cancel the order.

Most orders are queued sequentially, however we do leave a small number of production slots available for rush orders, and occasionally we can accommodate additional rush orders if we have staff willing to do overtime. Depending on when you enquire, it may not be possible for our office staff to give you an immediate answer on the availability of rush orders if we need to check with the production team. We therefore recommend placing your order with rush selected, which allows us to send your order confirmation as soon as we've confirmed rush availability.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the rush order lead time is not guaranteed. We will do everything we can to dispatch the order within the quoted rush lead time, but it is rare that we would be able to guarantee this due to the number of factors that can fall outside of our control. However, if we have not dispatched the order by the given date, we will refund the rush order fee in full (and in most cases you will still receive the order ahead of the standard lead time)

Example: A rush order is placed and paid for on 1st June, with a 2-3 week rush order lead time. The order is due 21st June. The order gets dispatched on 23rd June, so the rush order fee is refunded in full.
